This year's playoffs have been nothing short of awesome. The teams participating are super-motivated and we have been treated to some wonderful football. Perhaps the fact that they have been playing very well makes it very difficult to predict winners from the remaining games but I am still going to try. Before I proceed, I must express my wish: I wish to see a Patriots-Broncos final. Perhaps that stellar encounter will decide conclusively who the better quarterback is between Peyton Manning and Tom Brady. They both have impressive personal stats but I suppose after that encounter, it will be very clear who the undisputed best is.
1. Saints vs Seahawks---I am going with the Seahawks here. They have simply been phenomenal.
2. Colts vs Patriots---going with Patriots for this match even though I expect a hard fought, close game.
3. 49ers vs Panthers---picking the Panthers to win.
4. Chargers vs Broncos---tipping the Broncos to win this one.
As you can see, they all look to be very interesting and exciting match-ups. One thing is certain, this is shaping up to be one of the hottliest contested Superbowl in recent memory.
The answer to this is NO. We did see an explosive "semifinal" between the Broncos and the Patriots and in the end, the Broncos won. Now, we look forward to a very tough final between the Broncos and the Seahawks.
